Our customer service representatives will work with you to come up with the best solution for your situation by: replacing the original item or refunding your money.

How To Return An Item:
In order to return an item you have to obtain RMA number from us, follow this steps:
Step 1: Please Email our customer service to report the issue. You need the following information ready when you call or email our customer service: Name or Company Name, Order Number and nature of the problem.
Step 2: We will email you RMA instruction and number
Customer is responsible for all insurance, risks, and costs associated with shipping the product to us. RMAs must be received within 10 days from the date that the RMA was issued.
